1. Services

We provide personalized 1:1 career consulting (“coaching”) & leadership advisory services, available globally online. All our sessions are future-focused and goal-oriented; it is not therapy or counseling.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.

3. Client Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Our coaching and advisory services provide guidance, tools, and support—but achieving meaningful outcomes depends on your personal commitment, effort, and follow-through.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by us are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

5. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Sessions are booked in advance. You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ (2 days) notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

Pricing Structure

Our coaching services are priced in USD or ZAR and available globally.

• Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking

• Invoices are available for reimbursement or record-keeping

• All major credit/debit cards accepted via a secure payment gateway

Note: Prices may vary based on package duration, scope, or customization. Please contact us to discuss what’s right for you.

Payment Methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (via Paystack)

• Bank transfer (for some regions)

Prices do not include VAT or other local taxes unless stated.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Refunds:

Refundable if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. No refund for missed or late-canceled sessions.

Rescheduling:

• You may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.

• Sessions not rescheduled within the allowed time will be considered forfeited.

No-Show Policy:

• Missing a session without prior notice will result in a forfeited session with no refund.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is our priority.

Your engagement with us—and all information shared by the Client during the course of the sessions, whether verbal, written, or recorded—is treated as strictly confidential.

• LNM Leadership Advisory will not to disclose any information about the Client without the Client’s prior written consent.

• LNM Leadership Advisory will never use the Client’s name or story as a reference or testimonial without explicit permission.

• With the Client’s consent, the we may take notes or record sessions solely for the purpose of reviewing and enhancing the coaching and advisory process.

All personal data and session records are stored securely and handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data privacy laws.
