Lyapa is a Career Strategist, who over the last 22 years has helped professionals across EMEA & North America to navigate their careers & leadership needs.
She has provided leadership advisory services to clients across various professions and industries. The services included individual coaching, recruitment, assessment, talent management & development.
During her career, she has partnered with more than 550 companies globally ranging from start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, NGOs and PE firms.
She is a published author and presenter on the Importance of Personal Branding & the Art of Storytelling and Imposter Syndrome in Female Leaders.
Passionate about inclusion and empowerment, she is a Board Member at the National Women's History Alliance and Rise Alliance for Children.
